Each order is reviewed and handset by a professional designer. In addition to our cutting-edge personalization and preview features on our web site, we also offer optional customizations of your font, color and layout design for a small fee as an added service to our customers; as well as an electronic proof of your customizations for your review prior to printing.

We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Additionally, we understand that special circumstances may occur such as a venue change. We are happy to assist you with your reorder, please phone our customer service department to discuss your options.

We strive to offer you the best possible customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund less applicable fees. Invitations and custom orders are not refundable.
